Full Description:
Balfour to Sir James Wright. Charlestown. Discusses his having comunicated through Colonel Clarke, and the loss of the back country. The supplies of provisions and arms, and waiting for directions. With respect to re-establishing the post at Augusta. Begs leave to refer to Colonel Clarke, who must be the best judge how far with his present force he is capable of doing it.
