'Proceedings and Report of a Board of General Officers summoned by order of His Excellency Sir Henry Clinton, Commander-in-Chief. New York'. General Robertson (President), to receive from Major Drummond, information as to expenditure of public money by the different departments. [Document 49 pages in length]. The dates run regularly to 3 and 6 September, but the last page is dated 5 December. Signed by General Robertson as the original proceedings. The letters quoted are entered in this calender on their respective dates (15,16,17,20,22 and 24 August, and 6 September).
