Full Description:
Mrs Francis Child to Robertson. New York. Memorial. Has presented a petition previously. Her eldest son whom she relied upon for support has been taken by the enemy and is now a prisoner. Requests rations of provisions for herself and her four children as she is in a distressing situation with no place wherein she can possibly live. Certified by Daniel Hammill, 25 August, and also by Samuel Jarvis and Edward Nicoll.
