Five seperate returns of drivers, horses, waggons and waggon masters, conductors, clerks, storekeepers, carpenters, blacksmiths, harness makers, and labourers in the Quartermaster General's Department in the districts of New York and Staten Island, attached to the staff and Hessians or the regiments. Signed by Oliver Bourdett, Waggon Master General, and J. Welch, Acting Commissary of Musters.
