Full Description:
John Sommers, Surgeon 3rd Battalion, 60th Regiment. New York. Certification that seven gallons of wine and four gallons of the best vinegar, amounting to 46 dollars were furnished by Mr Arthur Strother, merchant at Pensacola, for the use of the sick of the 3rd and 4th battalions, 60th Regiment. By order of Dr Lorimer and which has not been paid.
