Full Description:
Oliver Delancey to Bruen. The Commander-in-Chief desires that he will have waggons ready to carry 20 days provisions for 8,000 men and also horses and carriages ready for the pontoons or flat boats as His Excellency shall direct. Requests he will be good enough to inform him what number of waggons and carriages will be necessary for this service and at what time they will be ready to move.
