Full Description:
Haldimand to Clinton. Quebec. Enclosing information on Vermont affairs, and discusses the very strong assurances of sincerity made by Colonel Allen and Major Fay, and the obvious difficulties they represent in the way of a sudden revolution. The enemy assembly is to meet on the 1 October at Crown Point, so relays his plans in redirecting troops to make his presence known.
