Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel J Upham, Fort Franklin, Lloyd's Neck [Long Island] to Governor William Franklin. Regarding the exchange of Gardiner and his crew. Believing reports of an intended attack, the Loyalists are very distressed. Intends proposing a prisoner exchange for the West Haven prisoners.
