Full Description:
Comte De Rochambeau to Clinton. Williamsburg [Virginia]. Sending a list of 'Land Officers made prisoner by the Naval army of the Comte De Grasse' and goes on to further discuss exchanges. Postscript, reminds him of the fact that he had forwarded Cornwallis's money which was to be reimbursed by the military chest at New York. Gives a list of infantry officers who are prisoners of the naval army.
