Full Description:
Abraham Vanderbeak to Robertson. New York. Petition. Has been obliged to leave his farm in Bergen County on account of his sons entering His Majesty's service. Is old and infirm and asks for some relief. Certified by Lieutenant-Colonel Buskirk, Captain Zabriski and Surgeon Thomas Outwater. Followed by a note from Thomas Murray, 29 January 1782, ordering provisions for the petitioner, his wife and two children.
