Full Description:
Leslie to Clinton from Charlestown . Number 4. Concerning reports from officers commanding in the back country of Georgia and the sending of £14,000 to meet expenses from 1780. Also relates to intelligence from the Carribean, namely the sighting of a French fleet of 32 line of battle ships (ours 22), and the taking by the 'London' (on her way to Antigua) of a fine French frigate carrying 36 brass 12 pounder cannons.
