Full Description:
Leslie to Clinton. Charlestown. On the reported movements of the American commanders Wayne and St Clair, and the sending of reinforcements from General Cornwallis's army (of some 500 foot and 100 cavalry). Also regards an application by Lieutenant-Colonel Brown, Superintendent of Indians, to the Treasury for monies to meet his expenditure for 1780, amounting to near £11,000.
