Full Description:
Thomas Fletchall to Germain. Charlestown. Memorial. As per received dispatches and orders from Major Robinson, the memorialist opposed the progress of the arising rebellion and cultivated the principles of loyalty amongst the people with assurances of assitance. He had a considerable part of his property destroyed by the rebels and was carried away a prisoner for seven months. He has had to abandon his plantations and property, and with sixteen of his family he is unable to support himself and them with any tolerable degree. Begs some provision.
