Full Description:
Tonyn to Clinton. St Augustine. The state of this province is nearly the same as formerly represented and there is every reason to expect the forces of the King of Spain early in the spring. Requests reinforcements. Adds in a postscript, a list of bills drawn to liquidate ordnance and Indian accounts which he begs may be honoured. The bills amounting to £688 2s 4d.
