Full Description:
Davis Lewis to Dr Marshall. Halifax. Represents that every week, one or two of those men from the 'Stanislaus' (prison ship), who are on board as guards, are brought to his hospital senseless. Requests him to represent the matter to Brigadier-General Campbell and point out the necessity of withdrawing the aforesaid guard from the vessel.
