Full Description:
John Myer to Clinton. New York. Petition. Was obliged to take refuge within the lines with his wife and seven children. He left his farm and has endeavoured to support them all until the present time, but his horse is dying and his family are sick so is compelled to implore provisions. Signed by Johannes Mejer. Certified by David Peek, John Ackerson, Major D Isaac Browne and Thomas Outwater.
