Full Description:
Comte De Rochambeau to Clinton. Williamsburg. Has received a letter from Washington who is of the same opinion as himself that Lord Rawdon, having signed his parole as Brigadier-General, can only be exchanged against one of the same grade, and proposed Brigadier-General Moultrie of South Carolina.
