Full Description:
Leslie to Clinton. Camp near Charlestown. A detailed report on the situation with regard to recent activity with the enemy. Mentions Haddul's Point, the Edisto, Jacksonburg, Beacon Bridge and John's Island, and the stationing of the men. Commanding a General Courts-Martial for the trial of several most desperate and daring villains who mad a practice of plundering the inhabitants. One sergeant of the Legion has been ordered to be executed.
