Thomas Irving to Leslie. Charlestown. Number 4 of a set of correspondence respecting the Receiver General's Office. Long and detailed letter responding to a request by Captain Nisbet that Irving as Reciever General, should point out in a letter in what manner will his role interfer with Mr Cruden, and whether that gentleman in his present capacity, exercises any part of Irving's duty.
