Full Description:
Germain to Leslie. Whitehall. Previous letters arrived and laid before the king. Discusses the reduced corps under Leslie's command being a very serious concern, the threat of Georgia falling under the dominion of the rebels, and the Spanish armament at Savannah. The recruits Clinton is sending, the distress of the Loyal refugees and the considerable supply of [Indian] presents intended for Pensacola which did not arrive.
