Full Description:
Leslie to [Clinton]. 'After the York and English fleets sail', he will be very weak in King's ships. Cannot get one to carry stores and garrison men to Providence [Rhode Island]. Wishes George Town could be destroyed as the enemy are using it to get supplies for their army. Grateful for the zealous services of Captain Peacock.
