Full Description:
Colonel Philip Skene, Chelsea, to John Calef, Russel Court, Drury Lane. Regarding his petition, that Calef was: an army surgeon in the late [French and Indian] war; was a member of the General Assembly of Massachusetts Bay; a delegate to England from the inhabitants of Penoboscot; and 'firmly attached to the King's authority to the risk of his life and his whole estate'.
