Full Description:
Andrew Kittle to Clinton. New York. Petition. A farmer, late of Kenderhook, New York, who joined Burgoyne's army, is left in distress with a wife and four children. Aged near 60 and afflicted with rheumatism, implores benefit be granted. With a certificate from William Franklin on behalf of the Board of Associated Loyalists, dated 19 March 1782.
