Full Description:
Clinton to Drummond. New York. Acknowledges his letter inclosing objections to the account of Barrack-Master General, etc. Impossible for him to spare time to give this business a proper investigation so proposes to constitute a Board to investigate. Should Drummond be able to propose a plan or mode by which the public supplies can be obtained on better or more economical terms, requests it is laid before him.
