Robert Lee. Office of Ordnance, Portsmouth. Laden on board the 'Lady Amherst', Ordnance store ship, Robert Lee Master the Arms Victualler, undermentioned to be by him transported to New York, the danger of the sea excepted and there delivered unto the Commander-in-Chief of His Majesty's Forces in North America, pursuant to the Board's order dated the '13th ultimo' [i.e. of the previous month].
