[Clinton] to Germain. New York. Number 160. In consequence of the death of Mr Cameron, Superintendent of Indian Affairs in the Western Division of the Southern District, Lieutenant-Governor Graham has made an application for the position, with strong recommendations to succeed from James Wright along with members of the Council in the province. Gives notice that five Lieutenant-Colonels under his command are to act as Brigadiers.
