Robinson to Clinton. Treasury Chambers, Whitehall. Their Lordships trust he will be able to reduce the number of horses on the present plan of war in North America. As the quantity of oats sent out is considerable and there still remains some to be sent. They cannot direct any further supplies until they hear from him on this subject.
