Full Description:
Winthrop and Kemble to Major General O'Hara. New York. With regard to the horses, waggons and other articles they were contracted to provide at set terms and rates made in an agreement they entered into in the presence of Morris and Bruen. They often called for this agreement to be ascertained by deed or instrument in writing but Erskine objected saying that their verbal agreement was sufficient. Also with a certificate signed by Dalrymple, Bruen and Robertson.
