Full Description:
Robinson to Clinton. Treasury Chambers, Whitehall. Transmits the enclosed copy of a letter from Mr Stephens, transmitting a letter from the Commissioners for Victualling with an account of provisions delivered from transports and ships of war to commissaries in America, between 1 January 1775 and 31 December 1781 and amounting to £228 242 7s 9d. Desires he will examine and report the facts (to that board), also to examine and return a state of provision, &c., supplied to the navy from the army stores.
