Full Description:
William Livesay to Clinton. Jamaica. Petition for further relief. As he is far advanced in age and his eyesight fails him, he begs that in addition to his 4s per day he may be ordered to receive such further subsistence as may be proper. Contains two certificates. Referred to Colonel Morris and Clinton to the Board of Associated Loyalists, and answered on the 23 April that he cannot be recommeded for further allowance unless he can be relieved from a billet on his house.
