Full Description:
Henry Pumphrey. Letter to his brother soldiers in Savannah advising them not to listen to the reports of the officers and refugees, but escape from bondage and tyranny to liberty and happiness. Refers to Governor Martin's proclamation and rewards. Is now starting for Maryland to enjoy that happiness which he hopes they will soon participate in.
