Clinton to Germain. New York. Number 161. Acquainted His Lordship with previous dispatch. Discussion with regard to the moving and sending of troops to various locations. This includes the probability of employing a certain number of troops in an attempt to raise the siege of Brimstone Hill [St Kitts] or to succour Jamaica, the Southern possessions, and the Leeward Islands. Encloses a copy of intelligence which he has just received from Charlestown.
