Clinton to Leslie. New York. Number 15. Discussion which includes the belief that the enemy will not establish themselves at Georgetown while there is a superiority in galleys at that place, the senoirity of two Hessian Colonels, and the last returns from South Carolina. The deductions made from the varous services enumerated by Leslie, the Lieutenant-Colonels of the 3rd and 19th Regiments, and O'Hara wishing to take Major of Brigade Wynyard with him. Mr Greene's threats for the Colonel Haynes' execution, and Clinton will let Leslie know of the situation with respect to the civil officers that he speaks of.
