Full Description:
Dalrymple to Clinton. Elizabethtown. Informs him that in obedience to Clinton's commands, they have closed the Commission by a paper of this date, a copy of which he transmits. The Commissioners have mutually agreed to leave the town tomorrow at 12 o'clock, from which time the capitulation of hostilities is to continue 24 hours. This agreement is to take place 'should the weather be such as to admit travelling'.
