Joshua Huddy and Philip White. Declaration by the Loyalist refugees. With regard to the murders of their brethren, they determine not to suffer without taking vengeance for the numerous cruelties and thus begin and have made use of Captain Huddy as the first object to present to your views, and further determine to tary man for man as long as a refugee is left existing. Message headed by a copy of a label found on Huddy's breast, 'Up goes Huddy for Philip White'.
