Full Description:
Clinton to Robertson. Headquarters. Received enclosed letter and affidavits from Franklin on behalf of the Board of Directors of Associated Loyalists, concerning whether Delancey and Hillfield caused some of their prisoners to be hanged. Also do they come under the like criminal predicament with Captain Lippincott, and ought they to be tried for the same at a General Courts-Martial.
