Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel C De Horn to Carleton. Memorial for the sum of £700 sterling on account of subsistence for the 3rd Regiment of Waldeck, which is under his command. Requesting a temporary warrant to be granted to Mr Philip Marc, commissary of said regiment, this amount hereafter accounted for when a final warrant is granted.
