Full Description:
Carleton to Poyntz. Headquarters, New York. Number 14. Warrant to pay Philip Marc, Commissary of 3rd Regiment of Waldeck, commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Horn, the sum of £700 sterling. Being on account of subisitance for the said regiment, which sum is to be hereafter accounted for as per the annexed memorial.
