Thomas Fairchild to Carleton. Flushing, New York. Petition with regard to his losses and services, as well as complaints against Brigadier-General Browne. Asks for pay and rations. Referred to Colonel Innes, 12 June. Colonel Innes's memorandum in answer, 19 June. Referred to General Robertson. Followed by a note or order for an allowance of £40 from Thomas Murray A.D.C, dated 24 July.
