Full Description:
Upper and Commons House of Assembly in East Florida to Governor Tonyn. Giving sentiments with regard to the withdrawing of troops from the town of St Augustine and its dependancies. Reminding His Excellency that the province consists of many loyal inhabitants who have come to expect protection and assistance but will have to depart divested of their property and be in a state of the greatest indignance. Requests Tonyn to acquaint them whether he means to embark with the King's forces and thereby abdicating the civil government. Second document, giving His Excelleny's answer.
