Government to Philip Ludewig, Paymaster of the Hessian Troops. Covers expenses incurred, the hiring of waggons and travelling expenses, &c. Totalling £82 17s 4d. Certified that Ludewig was appointed by the orders of General Knyphausen, then commanding the Hessian Troops in America, to deliver clothing and money to the German prisoners in Maryland, 24 June.
