Full Description:
Tonyn to Carleton. St Augustine, Florida. Transmits the spirited resolutions of the Houses of Assembly of East Florida showing the determination to defend the province to the last extremity. The conduct of the inhabitants also deserves commendation. Suggests for the protection of the property belonging to the inhabitants that 'His Excellency should countermand the order for the removal of the garrison, and that transports and a convoy for such inhabitants as wish to go to Jamaica. Colonel Moore presents these dispatches and awaits his reply.
