Full Description:
John Williams to Robertson. Petition. That he was taken up, tied by the neck and marched to Frederick Town [Fredericktown, Maryland] and confined six months. His property has been seized and he himself obliged to take refuge within the British lines. Has a wife, mother and children to support and begs relief.
