Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel De Fuchs to Carleton. Flushing, New York. Discussion with regard to the situation and movements of his own troops, The Hessian Regiment of Prime Hereditaire who joined Major General Philips and his troops on an expedition from New York to Virginia. There being a dispute as to the distribution of prize money, De Fuchs begs leave to submit the difference to Carleton.
