Carleton to Poyntz. Headquarters, New York. Warrant Number 17. To pay to Lieutenant-Colonel Oliver De Lancey, Adjutant General, £108 17s 9d, for the expenses of Mrs Hubbard, widow of James Hubbard, a refugee from Virginia. The monies allow her to return to the place of her abode.
