Full Description:
Philadelphia Council. Extract from the Minutes. With regard to the clandestine traffic of clothing that was meant for British prisoners, within the state between the inhabitants and those who reside within the garrison. Ordered that William Henry makes enquiries and inspects the store. If merchandise is found, he is to close the store, secure it with a guard and report to the Board [of Prisoners]. Signed on behalf of the Board by James Trimble.
