Full Description:
John St Clair to [ ? ]. Commandant's Office. With regard to the memorial of James Barclay, who prays rent of a store house and of the loss of ground used as a wood yard. The Board are of the opinion that rent should be paid for one half of the said store, from 1 May 1777 and for the whole of the said loss of ground from the said time. The said rent to be continued until the property is given up.
