Nova Scotia House of Assembly to Sir Andrew Snape Hamond. Memorial representing the distressed state of the outposts, for want of protection exposed to the inroads of plunderers and robbers. Begging him to state this to the commander of the troops of the province, or to the Commander-in-Chief.
