Full Description:
Comte De Rochambeau to Carleton. Williamsburg, New York. Has the honour to send the paroles of Brigadier-General Rawdon, of Messrs. Davids, John, Allen, and Thomas Stanley, whose exchanges have been accepted for Brigadier Scott, and Lieutenants Verdieres, Descoutures, and Brissaut. Postscript, Philadelphia 17 July 1782. Has seen General Washington and have communicated Carleton's letter. Also discusses the list of convalescents and other prisoner exchanges.
