Stores. A report signed by George Turnbull, Lieutenant-Colonel, New York Volunteers., James Duncan, Royal Navy and William Armstrong, Captain of the 64th, of a survey by order of Sir Guy Carleton on damaged provisions exhibited to them by Peter Paumier, Deputy Commissary as unfit for use. Report follows with details of rotten and spoiled goods and their disposal.
